Shipping and returns
We try our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
For products already in stock, this will be within 2 working days.
Larger orders (more than 6 units of the same product in the same colour/finish) can take longer – we will inform you immediately if this is a case.
For the PREORDER items, we will promptly email once the product is in stock, advising the shipping date.
Orders containing PREORDER items will be shipped when all ordered products are in stock.

We ship worldwide - the shipping cost will be calculated based on the parcel volume and destination at checkout.
For orders shipped abroad, the customer is responsible for all import duty and taxes controlled by the country of destination. We are not liable for any goods held or refused at customs.
We believe in conscious consumption and make sure all of our products are of the highest quality, so we hope you are satisfied with your purchase.
If you wish to return your order, you have the right to do so within 14 days. We will refund the cost of the returned products provided they are in their original packaging and in sellable condition. The original postage cost will not be refunded.
After 14 days from your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund unfortunately.
Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com, so that we can look into the matter and advise the returns address. We will inspect the returned goods, and if liability is accepted, we will refund the full paid price of the goods, postage and reasonable return postage costs.
Please note that returns are at your own cost together with the responsibility for handling and shipping the contents of your return. All products must be returned in their original packaging.
Purchases made with gift cards will be refunded to a gift card.
